We want you to love your Tuckt order. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and the reason. We'll send you the next steps.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover it. For hygiene reasons, some items (such as opened travel bottles) cannot be returned once used.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Faulty, damaged, or wrong items are refunded or replaced free of charge.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship or refund in full.
